Bring your existing games into Ascendara
10.9.0 overhauls importing so you can pull games in from multiple launchers in a few clicks, then optionally switch them over to a managed Ascendara download.
Starting fresh in a new launcher is the worst part of switching to one. 10.9.0 makes that step almost disappear: Ascendara can now scan for and import games from multiple launchers, set them up with proper names, images and executables, and add them to your library without you touching a file browser.
Managed downloads after import
Imported games are not second class citizens. After importing, you can choose to switch a game over to a managed Ascendara download, which means updates, extraction and version handling go through the same pipeline as everything else you install through the app.
Downloads that recover on their own
This release also added RAR auto recovery and extraction retries, so a single corrupt chunk or a flaky connection no longer throws away a completed download. Dead links now surface as a clear message instead of a generic failure.
